Curt L. Hofer currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and a manager of Jasper Stone Partners LLC, the sole member of the General Partner. He also currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of the General Partner and Jasper Stone Management. Mr. Hofer is also the Chief Executive Officer of Curt Hofer Construction, Inc., which he founded in 1991, and Apex Group, Incorporated, which he founded in 1999. Mr. Hofer’s strengths lie in creative thinking, strategic planning, and leadership and management development. Mr. Hofer has consistently proven his ability to grasp a vision, articulate that vision to a group of people and develop that team through proven leadership and management principles into a significant market force. These efforts have resulted in developing significant holdings in the real estate arena while growing respect in Nebraska and surrounding states as a leader that conducts business with impeccable transparency and integrity. Mr. Hofer has passionately acted on the belief that most people “want to make a difference” in life, by carving out time to volunteer in numerous community and faith-based organizations. Mr. Hofer is also committed to a lifestyle of training and mentoring adolescents and men who will become difference makers in our culture.
Mr. Hofer holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Grace University in Omaha, Nebraska, where he presently serves on the Board of Trustees. Mr. Hofer also serves on the Board of Directors of the Metro Omaha Builders Association, the University of Nebraska Medical Center Board of Counselors, and is a member of the Munroe/Meyer Institute Foundation Committee.
Todd A. Richardson currently serves as President and a manager of Jasper Stone Partners LLC. Mr.Richardson also currently serves as the President of the General Partner and Jasper Stone Management and as a partner in the law firm of Husch Blackwell Sanders LLP. Mr. Richardson was editor-in-chief of the Nebraska Law Review and was Order of the Coif. Mr. Richardson has been listed in the Best Lawyers in America since 2006. Mr. Richardson has represented Jasper Stone and its affiliates since their inception and has represented Curt Hofer Construction, Inc. since 1992 and APEX Group, Inc. since its inception.
Mr. Richardson received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska College of Law, with highest distinction, in 1991, and his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, magna cum laude, in 1988.
Hank W. Anderson currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Jasper Stone Partners LLC and is responsible for all aspects of financial management and reporting including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, financial statement preparation, performance measurement and partner reporting. He also currently serves as Chief Financial Officer for Jasper Stone Holdings Inc. and various affiliates. Mr. Anderson brings over 20 years of real estate financial strategy and planning to Jasper Stone. Most recently he was Chief Financial Officer for a private equity real estate firm. Prior to that, he was with Principal Real Estate Investors for 15 years and Ernst & Young for 5 years. As a Director at Principal Real Estate Investors, he had financial management accountability for real estate portfolios ranging in size from $500 million to $5 billion. Mr. Anderson has had the opportunity to work with property managers and joint venture partners at a national level and within commingled, separate account, REIT and CMBS pool fund structures. In addition, he supervised the planning and implementation of several new fund platform, while also being responsible for the financial management of mature funds.
Mr. Anderson received BBA degrees in Finance and Accounting from the University of Iowa and is a CPA. In the past, he has served on the Accounting Committee of the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries.
Brian P. Morrissey currently serves as Senior Vice President, Real Estate and a manager of Jasper Stone Partners LLC. Mr. Morrissey also currently serves as the Sr. Vice President of the General Partner and Jasper Stone Management. Prior to Jasper Stone, Mr. Morrissey managed a nationwide commercial office and retail portfolio for Security National Properties based in Eureka, California. With the responsibility for providing leadership through a period of significant growth, his company team grew from 36 to 93 members. Through a carefully orchestrated management and acquisition plan, the commercial real estate portfolio grew from a market value of $125 million in 2004 to over $650 million in 2008. At the beginning of 2008, the portfolio contained over 6.5 million square feet located in 28 states.
Mr. Morrissey began his real estate career as a Real Estate Appraiser in 1987 and quickly moved on to hold several leadership roles at Union Pacific Railroad Corporation. During his career at the Railroad, he was responsible for more than $52 million in property acquisitions and property sales with a combined sale price of over $481 million. His responsibility included the management of a $600 million portfolio of the company’s real property assets; totaling over $1.0 billion of assets acquired, sold or managed. Mr. Morrissey also managed the site selection and land acquisition programs of the Railroad, including the assemblage of a 1,200 acre facility in Illinois that expedited the operations of over 25 trains and 3,000 containers/trailers on a daily basis.
Mr. Morrissey earned his Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Science from Creighton University. He serves on the Board of Directors for St. Patrick’s Catholic Grade School and Mount Michael Benedictine High School.
Benjamin L. Fogle currently serves as Director of Capital Strategies at Jasper Stone Partners LLC. He is responsible for establishing and maintaining mutually beneficial partner relationships with a variety of capital sources including individual and institutional investors, intermediaries, and lenders. Prior to joining Jasper Stone, Mr. Fogle spent 11 years with one of the largest institutional real estate advisors (Principal Real Estate Investors in Des Moines, IA) where he was involved with all levels of the real estate capital structure for commercial real estate throughout the domestic United States. He has successfully led over $2.0 billion of real estate transactions as well as managed the development and implementation of investment strategies, business platforms, and capital raising.
Mr. Fogle received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance-Real Estate from the University of Northern Iowa and completed his MBA degree at the University of Iowa’s Henry B. Tippie College of Business. Mr. Fogle also holds the Series 22 and 63 FINRA licenses.
Sarah K. Wagstaff currently serves as Manager of Partner Relations. Ms. Wagstaff brings a strong analytical and financial background to the team, previously employed by First National Capital Markets, First National Bank of Omaha, and Deloitte & Touche in Omaha, NE. After two years of financial audit and assurance work with D&T, Ms. Wagstaff participated in a highly selective training and development program at First National Bank of Omaha where she spent time with a variety of divisions including Treasury, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Mezzanine Capital (now known as First National Capital Partners). Upon completing the program, Ms. Wagstaff joined First National Capital Markets, an affiliate of First National Bank of Omaha, where she spent time with both the Alternative Investments and Corporate Sales teams.
Ms. Wagstaff earned her Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting degrees from Creighton University in Omaha, NE. Ms. Wagstaff also holds the Series 7 and 63 FINRA licenses.
