Jasper Stone Partners actively seeks Core and Value-Add investment assets which offer compelling total return profile, balancing current income and capital appreciation.   Our general acquisition criteria is outlined below: 

Property Types

  • Office
  • Industrial
  • Retail
  • Multi-family

 Characteristics

  • Single or Multi-tenant
  • Class A or B; Built after 1981 with strong preference for post 1995 construction
  • Urban or suburban locations

 Deal Size

  • Single asset target: $5.0 to $40.0 million
  •  Portfolio: Up to $100.0 million

 Structure

  • Generally purchase 100% fee simple interest; joint ventures will be considered on case by case basis.
  • Ability to purchase first lien or subordinate notes secured by quality properties.

 Due Diligence/Closing

  • We employ a systematic due diligence process that can be expedited to meet seller’s timing needs.
