Property Types
- Office
- Industrial
- Retail
- Multi-family
Characteristics
- Single or Multi-tenant
- Class A or B; Built after 1981 with strong preference for post 1995 construction
- Urban or suburban locations
Deal Size
- Single asset target: $5.0 to $40.0 million
- Portfolio: Up to $100.0 million
Structure
- Generally purchase 100% fee simple interest; joint ventures will be considered on case by case basis.
- Ability to purchase first lien or subordinate notes secured by quality properties.
Due Diligence/Closing
- We employ a systematic due diligence process that can be expedited to meet seller’s timing needs.
